You remember guys some time ago I asked you if there were any component doing visual effects for delphi...
The answers were basically: no. (Or cheating using gif or avi movies).
I decided to roll up my sleeves and start programming.
I finally succeeded in doing the effect of a fire burning. But then I wanted to make it easy to use for anybody.
So I turned it into a component.
You don't have to write a single line of code!!!!
You can choose the color of your fire, the fading time, bottom range, the interval you'll draw the fire.
The effect can be seen in real-time still in the delphi IDE.
This component has been made for delphi 7. So I don't know for the other versions of delphi...
This is a release from Developers Heaven team.

I am currently making little animations for windows and as such, I think the program could be used for making a close animation
Please feel free to check my little animation and tell me about your thoughts
