The only link that still works is the jumbofiles one, but isn't that the bugged one?
It's not only the letter, it's the pirate leader too.
Someone with the fixed version should try to upload it on jumbofiles or some other mirror than Mediafire I guess, since they seem to work rather fast.

On the hanako forums there are lots of hints, though.

Still Don't understand Debug Codes though ?
Read Somewhere on these pages that you can preset choices so you don't
have to redo over and over . Not to good at reading and understanding
and since I am not playing the Game don't really follow what their talking
about . Hope this helps .
