Windows 7 language packs are available for computers that are running Windows 7 Ultimate.
When you install a language pack, you can change the interface language of Windows 7 Ultimate to the language that you select.

Language packs also let multiple users who share a computer select distinct display languages. For example, one user can choose to see the dialog boxes, menus and other text in Japanese while another user can choose to see the same content in French.

To change the display language, follow these steps: Click Start, and then type Change display language in the Start Search box.
Click Change display language.
In the drop-down list that appears, select the language that you want, and then click OK.
Click Start, and then type Change display language in the Start Search box.
Click Change display language.
In the drop-down list that appears, select the language that you want, and then click OK.
To uninstall a language pack, follow these steps: Click Start, and then type Uninstall display language in the Start Search box.
Click Install or uninstall display languages.
Click Uninstall display languages.
Select the language or languages that you want to uninstall, and then click Next.
Follow the rest of the steps to uninstall this language or languages.

Do I just use the note-pad to copy the language preferred and follow the steps mentioned above for language change after Window 7 installation? Thanks!

@ hkw: Choose your language, download the .cab file, Save it to your desktop. To install your language pack, do the following:
!. Open the Control Panel applet and switch to Category view if you do not see it already.
2. Under Clock, Language and Region select Change display language.
3. A small windows opens. You should see the Keyboards and Languages tab. In the botom half, there is a button prescribed Install/uninstall languages... Press it.
4. A wizard should pop-up, giving you the option to visit Windows Update or to browse your computer or network. Select the latter.
5. Now navigate to the saved .cab file with your language and click Next.
6. Accept the license agreement, click next and sit back...
7. Now you can enable your display language. Reboot/log on-log off to do so.

@ adbit: You're welcome mate... He, the hardest job was to manually copy and paste all those links one-by-one, because the were all hotlinked... :e And you might want to check out these: http://astatalk.com/release/17120/1/Windows_7_RTM_Original_Gold_All_Languages_Local_Packs_(Localization_Packs_for_Regional_Themes_and_Wallpapers)/
