Recipe and instructions for a delicious Chile Salsa. The recipe was put out by Martha Archuleta, Extension Food and Nutrition Specialist, College of Agriculture, Consumer and Environmental Sciences of New Mexico State University so they assure it has been tested to be safe for canning.
I am a bit time fan of food preservation so have collected recipes from many sites that are known to be reliable sources of safe food preservation recipes.
