wonderful post post but the following part is corrupt

and a wrong password message is shown for part 10. Thus the Extraction fails.

please correct mistake and provide the corrected links, thank You.

WinRAR extraction failed due to CRC error in part 03. WinRAR repair found recovery record but extraction from fixed files still failed due to CRC error in part 03. Any chance of repairing/replacing part 03 without having to re-parse and re-upload entire ISO?

All files Unrared with no errors.
please check your D/L files are the same size.

Part 1-8 Properties:
195 MB (204,800,000 bytes)

Part 9 Properties:
131 MB (138,295,952 bytes)

If either your files don`t match these, then it`s
that file you need to D/L again.

The size of the downloaded parts 1-8 are 204,800,000 bytes.

However, part 09 is 138,289,912 not 138,295,952 - a difference of 6040.

Part 03 and 09 have been downloaded twice - same file sizes each time.

Here are the WinRAR error reports:

Any ideas about what may be the problem?

I have downloaded and extracted many of your other postings without difficulty.

This a great post, I would like to solve this RAR problem if at all possible.

I'm thinking the problem may be an incorrect password. I copied and pasted the password (4shar1ng) from this page into WinRAR. I have done this multiple times with many other other postings of yours and others with no problem.

However, incorrect passwords can result in decryption and CRC errors for RAR files.

Can the password "4shar1ng" for these files be confirmed?

It seems the gremlins got to these 2 files while U/Ling florida.
They are now fixed....Sorry for the hassle but one has to check
all possibilities before spending time on re-packing such a large offer and hope you can understand.

After seeing notation that parts 03 and 09 were fixed, I downloaded part 03 and 09 again.

The size of part 09 is now 138,295,952.

Sorry to report that part 03 still fails CRC check though WinRAR doesn't report file as being corrupt anymore - it just asks if password is correct:

This error causes WinRAR to abort extraction process at part 03.

I can only guess why 1 part of 9 RAR parts would have a password problem. Maybe part 03 was part of an separate parsing of the ISO that used another password?

Of course I understand. Weren't computers s'posed to make our lives easier?

You mentioned that you "repacked" them. Were all 9 parts re-uploaded? If so I may need to re-download all 9.

Nope. After re-downloading all parts WinRAR still terminates extraction with CRC failure in part 03 with "wrong password ?"

the 2 files I re-upped where only repaired from my disc Archives.
to cut a long talk short, the files must of been corrupted during
uploading as I`ve placed 3&9 in my disc archive and all unrar with
no errors.
So my friends, keep your 3 & 9 files and I`ll upload the rest tonight.

It`s alway`s nice to see `Sector Recoverd` than just `Done` when repairing
an archive!!

I'm thinking part 03 needs to be re-upped too. I'll re-down all tomorrow.

If you`ve already D/Led the repaired archives 3 & 9 then
you only need to D/L the others.
