This key allows you to take full admin control over everything, files, folders, progs etc. I found that when i was trying to delete or move certain things in Win7 i was denied it as i didn't have 'permissions' despite having admin control of the system. This regkey adds "Grant Admin Full Control" to the right click menu, then enables you to complete any of the aforementioned tasks.
I tried a similar key titled "Take Ownership" that didn't work for me, this one does work well.

have you tried using cmd?? net user administrator /active:yes for full admin? anyway nice post looking forward to try it

Yeah tried that, didn't allow complete, full unrestricted "permissions" tho. This does exactly that.
