Here ya go, this patch is 100% working, updates forever. How? All it does is make the 31 day trial reset every time you restart your computer. ESET Smart Security trial is the EXACT SAME THING as the full version, it gets you all the updates. It's not hard to restart your computer once ever 31 days, I know the majority of you already do that.
Method 1:
1) Install ESET Smart Security, set parameters later
2) Run ESET Fix 1.5
3) Leave "Enable Self-defense" ON!
4) Enjoy no hassle updating forever
Virustotal Report:
Avast, AVG, Kaspersky, PCTools, Symantec, and TrendMicro scans all came up clean

IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES (Method 2):
1) Install the trial version then reboot
2) Turn off the "self-defense" then reboot
~~~~~A. Open ESET Smart Security and press F5 (opens advanced setup)
~~~~~B. Uncheck "Enable Self-defense" and press "OK"
~~~~~C. Reboot
3) Run ESET Fix 1.5 then reboot
4) Turn "self-defense" back on (refer to step 2)
5) Enjoy no hassle updating forever
