Thank for the link. ;P But Kaspersky, Eset, BitDefender & AlarmZone detected nth in that keygen master_lame_master ;p I think is false alarm for who detected as Virus/Keygen/Malicious 8)

Hi, The ftp always asks to update the bit exe, if u say no it cancells the installation.
Any suggestions anyone?

hye..how i want to indicate that the patch installation is successful? the bit defender indicator for number of remaining day until the current key expires is 0.. what that mean???

Change to advanced view. You should check the exact expired date. Its can't display properly in intermediate mode cos the renew days for the AV max only 3 digit.

No need to register cos the product had be activated. Account activation need activation key to be done. Untick the account activation reminder option.

after already patch, it can use update or not update database when used? because i use already but after update it is became 30 day or license is block.

There shouldn't be any problem updating after patch applied... Try to clean all any old AV registry file or BitDefender remaining file using BitDefender Uninstall tools (google the tools). Do a fresh installation & try update it again.

hey i ve installed bit defender total security 2010... as u suggested i applied the patch also...it worked.. but if i remove it and reinstall again the same validity and registration its showing how to remove the complete registry of tat... plzz help me i want to use trial version for some days.... :(

Which version u referring to? Ver. 2009 or ver. 2010? I had done my test for both version. There were no issue shown back to 30 days after updated the database. Please install follow the sequences & patch it before doing any updating. Here are the guide:

BitDefender 2009

UPDATE : For Version 2010

To disable activation status tracking;
Switch to intermediate mode -> Security tab -> Configures status tracking -> untick Update status.

hi i don't know about to disable activation status tracking and untick update status.
you can show its image for doing patch and update database, because it is easy to do it.
this patch can use with in bitdefender version 2010 or not?
