it's not working can't extract my friend.
My friend use latest WinRAR 3.93 to extract, after extraction you will get few rar files again extract them again you will have the setup.

It's working very well, tested by me.
You need to use double layer extraction
i.e two times extraction.
1.Extract the downloaded application, you will get some small sized parts in rar [native release].
2. Again extract the extracted parts, on succesful extraction you will have the
setup, and crack.
3.Read nfo for activation istruction.
