This is first time I am posting this code with kis2010, hence I have no feedback on it but i hope this should work like the previous one.
Did not I say it is exclusive? It is nnot yet officially released but it is genuine. So enjoy and hit the rating + sign.
Update : the activation code/serial is working like charm. so use it on as many install as you can and on each install/system it will activate your KIS-2010 for commercial license as genuine. 100% genuine. Enjoy. Tested successfully.

I go to install KIS 9 and it stops installation half way through saying that there is a previous version installed.
Is there away around this as i wanted to keep my old version incase i decide against this version

so dear, my suggestion is please uninstall the previous version of kaspersky product or other AVs installed on your system completely and then install this version of kis. this version of kis is a complete package, no need for other products for protection.
