This download is shady!!! I downloaded it on 2 different links and both had viruses. Beware!!!!!
Yes,the AVG Shield Say: This File surf contained virus "Trojan Dropper.Tiny.U". So the download process is aborting.
Someone said run as Administrator and turn off Anti-Virus....they were kidding right.
Uploaded this to both jotti and virus total. It is not clean, and even Microsoft Security Essentials didn't like it.
Before the argument of "yes it is clean comes up", below is the Virus Scan Results from Jotti. In conjunction with the results from virus total above, and the fact that most of these are not because it was packed or have keygen software within it this file has a virus....or something so close to one that multiple scanners say it is infected.

It drops hidden svchost.exe to C:\Windows directory. Please watch that out!
I investigate the activator using CFF Explorer and it is made out of MS Visual Studio .NET, in addition to that, there are two embedded files named 1.txt and 2.txt.
I found out that the 1.txt is the compiled CMD script, the activator itself, the 2.txt is the malware, that's the svchost.exe that will be dropped to the C:\WINDOWS directory when you execute the program.
That means this activator truly carries and drops a trojan!
Please be aware of that!
