Hey I have a problem..

Fatal error: Class 'db_driver_' not found in C:\wamp\www\IPB\upload\admin\setup\sources\base\ipsRegistry_setup.php on line 1174

This error occured once I install the IPB 3.0 . Anyone can help me?
