its easy if your phone has remote lock feature. it allows you to unlock your phone just by sending an sms. activate this feature from "tools | Settings | Security | Phone and SIM | Allow remote lock". The password of your memory card will be your remote lock message. now you just have to send a sms containing your remote lock message that will automatically change your memory card passsword.
ps: this wont work for java phones!
and friend if the trick didn't work, you may try this. the password of your memorycard is stored in a file "mmcstore" at C:\system or at c:\. If you got any good file explorer, access that file and rename that to .txt extension. you can open it in a txt editor. you can see the password there.
