i have an old verizon phone that i need to get all of the data (numbers, pictures, text messages, etc) from. The screen is password protected. blackberry security will only let you attempt 10 password tries before wiping all the data off the phone.
Is there a way to bypass this? i have tried mobile master but since the phone is password protected my computer doesnt even recognize that the phone is connected.
Help?!?!?

there is a button top left that lets you get to the screen its hard to find. also try typing #228 i think that is the default passsword. i was told about the #228 from verivon when i asked how to unlock mine. but i was seeking a wep code they misunderstood.hope this works. You can always call verizon or take it to the store
