It should be original and creative. No idea limits ;)

You can post any type that can be uploaded onto a image host. Until photoserver.ws is back up you will need to use a public one, I use imagehost.org, you don't need to sign up, and it doesn't resize your images. Just take the link it give you (use the hotlinking link) then click the img button above, and paste the link into the the pops up script box and your image will be posted
