thank you, but my hp bios was lock i cant boot in cd room drive....

i do this isolation:
1) i remove my hd and when i start it (normal) system boot failure / not system disk....
2) when i connect my hd and boot it normally, the McAfee Endpoint Encryption appears and ask password (password only token)...

is there and possible program that reset bios in dos mode... i have bootable usb disk.. but i don't have resetting application.

ps. i try also running hiren in my usb (by copying my working cd) but it wont work.... error says "this program cant run in dos mode"

tnx in advance...

How can you forget your password when you have to enter the pasword each time you turn on your laptop??? Try to call HP, but remember to give the serialnumber and the name of the original owner, if not you wont get any help. The laptop you have is surely protected in a good way - BIOS protected (it cant boot) and by Mcafee Endpoint, so if you cant fill in the correct password (s), the laptop is useless....
