The microsoft kb971033 update

I had a client that purchased a computer with windows 7 preinstalled, I am not sure if he installed the update or it was already on it, but to make a long story short I installed Office Pro 2010 and because this update (971033) was on (it was a legit win7) the office crack (and I triied many) failed, just wanted to let you know that not only does the kb971033 update f*uck your windows is also messes up the VLK office 2010, and so far I cannot figure a way to get the office installed without reinstalling windows 7 (which is not an option right now).
