I don't remember alot about this movie.The only thing I remember is that it was a kids movie and the kids took over the world.I think they had a device that let anything they thought about happen.It's not a old movie,maybe 1-2 years old.Any help will be appreciated.

it maybe "Village of the Damned " not sure though that reminds me of what your describing!
