Okay so my cousin and I watched a zombie movie, It was japanese but it has subtitles. And now both of us can't remember the title. The movie is about zombies but the effects are really poor that's why its funny and it it really comedy.XD

At the start of the movie, there is a scientist? , he is wearing a lab gown and suddenly a zombie bit him after that he became a zombie but he still knows what he is doing so he wears a football head gear so that he wont bite ANYone.

There is also a mysterious magical hand chop off from a warrior and it was attached to a girl who is the protagonist. If I'm not mistaken her name is Azumi...

Another scene is that, there is a woman inside a car and there are many zombies outside it but there is this particular "cute" zombie so she went out to kiss the cute zombie... haha

Please help me with the title.
