I cannot understand the point. When there are thousands of threads posted about copyrighted software and movies, what does this gesture signify.
If every other thing posted on Asta is a violation of copyright, what will we gain by banning fiction content which is volume and economic wise so minute. I mean an e-book costs around $5-$20 whereas a single copy of Windows 7 Professional alone starts from $299.9 .
Please some explain this discrimination here in Asta. I thought Asta was the most free, tolerating and open forum here. It is still, but these things really confuse me.
I really liked the Fiction releases here and all the discussions that took plce. It is just hard to accept its all gone.
What if one day they remove the entire Windows applications or Movies section? I think it is possible even if remotely.
