Hi folks i have forgotten my admin pass for my laptop i can log in thro the other user i set up but i cant download nothing as it keeps asking for the pass which i have forgot for the main admin account, i know there is a way i can change it thro the bios as i have done it a year or 2 ago but i cannot remember how to do it

Does anyone know how to change it thro the bios even tho i have forgotten the pass?

I know there is tools which i can use to retreve passwords but they dont work as i use cleaners and delete all my stored passwords so i think the bios option is my only way
