How does one De-Encrypt a Video, Audio or Video with an .menc extention ?
is there any software do this for us out there..
so far many have tried and have failed dismally?
i have come to a conclusion that my files a Useless forever*

Is this .menc file on your phone and is it an android phone. Have you checked the android market for an app? More details would help. Thanks.
