please help me I want to know which program open rar.001 file. I have tried winrar, HJSplit 3.0 & 7 Zip but not success.

try removing the 001 at the end, and launch it again.

.001 files are Not the full files ...Indeed they are the small parts of the some bigger file in your case it is rar.001 it means that someone has divided a rar file using HJSplit in order to get a working rar file, you should download all other parts of this file, put them together and join them using HJsplit then you will get a .rar file ...And sure it will work.

Not really a god idea to remove numbers. As "+ 0 blackshadowbutt" says, 001 tells you that its a part of multiple compressed files > 001,002,003 and so on. To extract rar.001 you must have all the files. I have used Powerarchiver for years, and extracts everything i throw in it. So conclusion: do not delete anything.
