these are nothing but miracle of photoshop.u can download ps cs5 and for learning google photoshop tuts.

It seems to me like he has one particular action he applies to all of his photo's, it gives them a sort of vintage look, softening and slightly desaturating them. Yep I would def start trying out some vintage actions
