1]Edit title of request to include "FILLED" once request has been filled.
What Do You Mean ? And How do You Edit Thier Title or do you mean the
title of the item I post .
2]Is it ok to PM Requester and nicely tell them it has been Posted as a
Service to them ?

It means that once your request has been fulfilled then edit your request and change its TITLE to "FILLED".
Yep, surely you can do that.
