I do not remember the author or the title of this book. It is a book about the government sanctioning alien males to take brides from Earth. The alien hero in this book is a cop on his planet, has telepathy powers, the human females glow/shimmer on the alien planet, and towards the end there is a threesome with the male's best friend. Any help is much appreciated.
