I don't understand!!! You said asked how to use ACR presets in LightRoom and now you don't know what ACR is??? 0__o
At first: you CAN'T use presets in Adobe Photoshop... If you want to use your lightroom presets in photoshop they have to be for ACR - Adobe Camera Raw, where you edit your RAW pictures before open in photoshop
I'm afraid that there's no easier way to do that
