plz help me to understan these problem:

i am using modem broadband to connect with internet...i over-download and stuck with Bandwith limits...and now my download juz about 10-30kbps...
but...
all of download i stuck with bandwith except 1....even if i already got bandwith limit, download these file ( pokemon cartoon )..its never stuck...its maintain around 100kbps-250kbps..my internet line also suddenly up to 2.07 Mbps average ( normal=512kbps )

why??is there special setting that have ben put in that link???

i dont know how to attach picture in this massage..ill do it in another time....so, plz any one...help me with these problem...

well according to eset nod 32 that site is a bad(blocked site)It tried to install a virus at least warning came up.I don't know if it was a false positive or not (not that computer technical)anyways I had trouble understanding what you meant,but I do believe that what you are saying is you downloaded before from there?now all of a sudden your download speeds are slower?
if you are using a free user download then yes speeds are most likely restricted.
if you are using a paid membership then speeds would be faster.

to attach pictures go to a site like photobucket.com,sign up, upload photos to there.
copy the image link when done uploading and paste into Asta.

hi..tq for helping me whit this..actually, what i try to say is, its not like my download suddenly slower..my download already slow bcoz i pass my bandwidth limit..even if i download file about 5MB, it takes a half of hour...but..with the cartoon link ( i already mention it ), the speed is very fast..

this is the pic, i download pdf converter,mf link...

then this is my speed when i also download from the cartoon link...the speed is very diffrent...
