Hello there :3 (long time no see for some users :3)

I recently bought a Wacom Bamboo tablet to aid with my drawing, but I have no ideas what programs to use for digital inking (colouring in pictures I have drawn on paper onto my PC)

What programs should I use, could some people direct me to online tutorials aswell?
