Hi, I have Teamviewer v.6 and wish to install software on a remote computer from a DVD, I am in the U.K and the remote computer is in Africa.
Using Windows XP (me and the remote computer) I could install software from an installation disc inserted in the remote computer with no problems, however doing the same with both computers running Windows 7 Ultimate is much more problematic because the remote computer won't give me full access regardless of the 'Teamviewer' settings.
Is there a way to set up the remote computer so I can acquire FULL access ?
Thanks.
