words do not have sufficient power to express those experience.
is it helpful to do so?
for this I would give here a synopsis about the memory creation.
we have 5 source of information/memory (Gyanendriyan) i.e. Eys, Ear, Nose, Tongue and Skin.
the above source is in chronological order by which we get information (Gyaan). Eys and ears count more than 98%, then comes nose then tongue and the least info we get from our skin only temperature, tickling and pain.
further we all knows that we are filled with sorrow. why? a newly born child is not filled with any quantum of sorrow. remember the 'sorrow' is fictitious(man made)do not think it of 'pain'. pain is real but sorrow is false. cause of pain remains same for each person but cause of sorrow varies from man to man, region to region, culture to culture.
so if we are filled with sorrow that means we have gained it by false memory creation through our 5 Gyanendriyan. since eyes and ears counts most percentage of source of info so we will not rely upon these sources.
we will eliminate those sources which gives us most false memory.
it is because under meditation we try to concentrate by eliminating our Indriya. but it is difficult as we always used our indriyas every time. so at first we will only eliminate only 4 while using only one. now the question is which one out of five?
obviously the one which gave us the least false info. under this category "skin" comes first.
so we will concentrate on skin only while eliminating others four.
it is the "Vipassyana". just sit down in "sukhashan" in an environment where there would be less/no sound, no/less odour, no thrashing wind. Close your eyes and just start from "aana Paan". at first just concentrate on your normal breath in and breath out. concentrate and feel and only feel your each breath in and breath out at the upper pat of the lips just below your nose. here at first you will see your breath out air is touching this. just see it each and every time.
at first you will feel only hot and cold or touching feel. this type of feeling is called "sthool samvedna". it needs a lot of patience and practice. if your Dhyaan from this breath in and breath out goes away (and this is natural in the beginning) then again bring your Dhyaana on this "Aana-Paan".
after spending some times on 'aana-paan" you will start feeling "Sukshma Samvedna" on the same part of upper lips under nose. and after practicing this you will start to feel this sukshma samvedna all over your body. this feelings or info is not through any part of your 5 Indriyan.
the most important of this is that you can't learn it by reading it. you need to do it under supervision. so best is join the "Vipassayan" course in your city. it is run by "Satya Narayan Goenka".
have a nice and peaceful day.
closed your eyes..take deep breath ''inhale..think posetive energy come into your inner body with..exale..think
all negativity of your mind going out...do up to 10/20 times..keep mind on inhale and xhale for some time..
some time after your mind will be stable..no thinking state..(nirmal sthiti)''then think as folows''
