Did you ask her what camera settings is she using? That cand affect in asmall portion the picture also.

I seriously doubt that she just ran the action and left it as is. Try running Pandora and then tweaking the different layers to see what they can do.
The other thing is that the unique lighting conditions and camera settings do affect how the action looks. You and I could use the exact same action with the same layer tweaks and still get two different results.

I don't have the photoshop actions listed to test out, but I just used the original image you linked to and got a similar effect using another method in Lightroom instead. In Lightroom I applied the "Dazzle" preset from the One Willow - Retro Candy collection, moved the temp slider a tiny bit warmer (+4) and then backed the sharpening off and it looks pretty much the same.
The "after" shots many of those action sellers show you can be very deceptive, because they usually apply it to the group of images and then do a fair bit of tweaking to make each look good for the web. They probably aren't trying to put one over buyers, it's just different images will always need little tweaks to give the same overall effect - there is no one click fix that will cover all image types. I prefer Lightroom presets over PS actions 'cause you can quickly scroll down and see a sample preview of what each will look like before you go and apply.

Finally u'll never get her results with her action coz of the different camera settings i got frustrated when i first used her actions but i learned to use them and tweak to the best way which fits my photos, and this took aloooooooot of work

seriously, there is no way you are going to get that exact look without experimenting yourself while shooting and then afterwards while editing.

Even if we gave you settings like Salmarashad did above ever so kindly, you still would have a different picture. It's up to you to do your best to mimic the look and ideally, put your own twist on it.

To get the look you want you will have to shoot in similar conditions and edit to match as best you can, who knows, you might discover a look that you like just as much, and even better, it will be yours. (mostly)

With photoshop you first take the child out of the pic and put on transparent background. Then you use colour tabs and change the colours of the background. When the background is ready you put the child back in.

I just downloaded the pic, ran pandora and it looks EXACTLY the same. Are you using a pc?
