Hey there, this guy claims to use his own actions...he has said on his blog before that the color tone you're referring to is his own action "Lars and the Real Girl," but he's totally full of it. He is using Jesh De Rox's colorshift actions. Particularly "Before Dusk."

LOL good call it does look like Before Dusk, I'll have to give it a try and see if I can reproduce the color.

These are all RedLeaf actions, notably the Film Shift ones. A good bit of the samples on his page are spot on with the samples on Red Leaf's site.

The second link is using a god awful fake tilt-shift action or a blur/bokeh filter along with a sunflare overlay on the top left. The color looks like Florabellas Classic Workflow Actions as well as the Florabella Hazy Skies actions. Check out the samples and you'll see the resemblance.
