The main reason I found Asta when I first joined was because my ISP tracks what I share. I received a call from them many months ago saying that I was in violation of their ToS, as I was sharing Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Apparently they do not care what I download, as I use both links from here and Limewire, and apparently they don't care what I upload, as I have uploaded individual files to Rapidshare.
Is there a reliable program that blocks my ISP from tracking what I do? I used to use PeerGuardian2 but it ddin't work 100%. My neighbor has an IP bouncer, but he paid $300 for it (it hooks up to his modem) and I can't afford that.
Maybe 2 or 3 programs running together along with PeerGuardian2 to block them tracking what I do. If someone can share some ideas, I would appreciate it, then I could also contribute to the torrent community of asta as well.
Thanks.

The most convenient way to hide the transferred content from your ISP is to have a encrypted tunnel with some server in the internet (out of your ISP) and get all your traffic routed through this server.
Tunneling protocol may be for example usual MicrosoftVPN or OpenVPN
MS VPN may be disabled by ISP by blocking correspondent ports.
Open VPN has much bigget key sizes and is established in the IP protocol so is very difficult for blocking by your ISP.
If you use such ready serive it usually costs 10-20$ per month.
If you have access to some server you can prepare such service yourself.

Believe me it's easy [As I have].
VPN - is the best way for you, 'cause using proxy with Torrents and other p2p is extremely complicated.
the abuse reason might be also that you ARE using torrents, 'cause they open extremely large number of connections and thus slowing down other's people connection and increasing harware(ISP's routers and servers) usage.
