I've dabbled in and out of the art of cracking are for a few years, but never proficient enough to generate my own cracks. Moreso a study of binary and low-level codes, stepping through processes and protections, etc.

My worry is that the cracking art is dying (in a sense that it's becoming more and more difficult for newcomers to enter in and learn the art, such as myself).

Does anyone know of any training videos or docs on cracking? There are a plethora of older files (early to late 90's), but I can't find much of anything that is recent. Perhaps some youtube videos or similar showing how to crack different protections, step by step in IDA Pro would be fantastic. Obviously all programs and protections are different, but being able to step through the process of a mentor would be extremely beneficial in helping newcomers (and myself) to better learn the art.

Either way, fantastic forum here, and as always, if you rely on the program, support the developers and purchase it!
