It seems like the team is in slow pace. So within August we have to work a bit hard to open all projects which will be on full motion from September.
The following should be done which requires our TIME & Dedication. (After completing certain task you can edit this post to strike through the completed task!)
# Damian need to update the calendar thread. I don't understand why you haven't done it yet. The format of the calendar is
PREVIOUS MONTH (on top)
CURRENT MONTH (in middle)
NEXT MONTH (at bottom)
So by now it should be 'July - August - September'. Also try to beautify it as necessary...
# PCGH affiliate site "pcgames.astatalk.com" need to be polished & ready to input reviews, previews & such. The in-charge Rizzano need to be available on Yahoo for further discussion.
# We need few banners & logos.
* One for the PCGH GAME TESTING ZONE. [Will contain the team logo, text "PCGH GAME TESTING ZONE" punch line "Play it before anyone else, Give us your opinions on the game & the Developers will be INFORMED."]
If you have any idea on enhancing the thread you are most welcome to do so.
*One banner for "pcgames.astatalk.com" which I think Rizzano will have to take care...
* Team LOGO for twitter & background image for that also (dimension 1024X760). See the following page to see how background image can be a representator of the team

# New team staffs which will take care of writing (reviews, previews, tips etc.). Give a name for that group (I thought about it & failed to come up with anything.)
# this is important. PUBLICITY IS NEEDED. Create a thread in every suitable section. Asking if anyone interested in joining the writing team. Also create threads ADVERTISING the projects (ONGOING & UPCOMING) With a bit of graphical design & flashy words...
This is the time when we need to work a bit hard then usual. But as soon as everything stands with a shape it will be easier to deal with.
MY NEXT WORK: CREATING RELEASES (Which should be everyones TOP priority) & creating a GUIDELINE for reviewers, Writers & staffs.
I hope I will get every bit of help from all the 'always attentive & helpful' team staffs.
