How to find SLIC version of bios.
In order to use the windows 7 activators you need to have SLIC 2.1 installed on your bios. SLIC is a Software Licensing Description Table, and effectivly allows microsoft to let manufacturers to do offline OEM activation.
It's quie a simple process, but it's not very well documented, so I thought I would post how it is done.
First you will need to download rw everything:

Please login or register to download
or
Use full direct downloader

Install it and open it up
You shoulld have a screen that looks like this:

Wait a minute, while it gets all the tables

Select the slic tab
On line 15 you will see something like this

it will be either

53 20 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
or
53 20 01 00 02 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

The first one is SLIC 2.0 and the second is SLIC 2.1
you will need slic 2.1 for offline OEM activation of windows 7, though you can use a bios loader to emulate the slic 2.1 bios.
Hope this helps, I don't really know anything about this beyond what I have written here, but I have just summarised and explained what the few tutorials the are around had said.

Thanks bodmas, but it has been pointed out that this should probably be in the OS FAQ and support section, are you able to move it for me, or should I just leave it here

Happy to see you in action in these sections too. 3+ for you.

What does it mean if RW shows no tab for SLIC? cuz I tried two different versions of RW and neither one of them has an SLIC tab.
Would there be an SLIC section if the os installed doesnt reguire activation or key?

Same here, RW does not show a tab for SLIC.
Is that important for using 7loader?

I tried the RW twice but there is no SLIC tab. After i do the bios upgrade base on the OEM.XRC-MS the SlIC tab appears. That mean you have to find the motherboard upgrade bios OEM that support SLIC 2.1 first. Try this forum it may help you out. forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/2967-All-Slics-tested-and-not-tested
