I am wanting to make my own siggys and avatars for forums and some animation. I was told paint shop pro 7.. if i take any other 1 they say I have to download plug ins. just looking for comments , I cant find paint shop pro 7 anyway.

Paint shop pro is a little outdated now, your better off going with Photoshop in my opinion.
