What are the file types? Is it in ISO format? Did the game successfully installed? Did you try putting all the files in a same folder?

durring install it ask for disc 2 when i insert disc 2 it is asking for disc 2, i tried 100 times. (in inform bar i noticed that he cant read some video file from disc 2) and disc 2 does not have autorun only autorun for starting the game

If you are talking about physical disk (NOT Virtual) then copy ALL elements & files from both DVD/CD to same folder. For Example, Create a folder named 'Simcity 4 Installer', now insert first disk. When it is ready DO NOT autorun. Right click on the drive & select OPEN. Copy ALL files & paste it to the folder 'Simcity 4 Installer' then insert 2nd disk & as before right click & open then select ALL elements & paste it at the same place. If Overwrite dialogue appears then select YES OVERWRITE ALL. After successful copying run the installer by either clicking on istaller or by clicking any autorun.exe from that folder.

If the copying fails then the disc might be unreadable or corrupted. In that case you need to change it!

i tried that already. it wont proceed the instalation keep asking for disc 2. on disc 2 is everything that he need for instaling
