Hi, I am interested in learning Windows, Apache, MySQL and PHP programming language. I greatly need assistance in terms of programming and general structure of PHP programming and also interested in other programming languages like JavaScirpt, CSS2, Perl, C++.

Well, for learning PHP, MySQL and JavaScript, http://w3schools.com is one of the best places around.
As for the others, I'm not sure.

http://www.tizag.com is a great starting place for php and mysql.

http://www.apache.com is a great place to get started with Apache but it would be good to type "apache tutorial" in google search for easier ways to understand the open source web server

Do a google search for all the above programs, you will have good tutorial source material. Cheers

well i suggest you to take a lynda tutorial on php and mysql essential training,it will set you on the right track on php and mysql.
