Hi guys,
I wasnt sure where to post this, so if it is in the wrong bit, i apologise. I just seem to spend most of my time in this section pouring over luscious reading material...
Anyway... I really appreciate the people who post/upload the books in any format, but my personal preference is to read it in .lit files.
The problem is, ive found on here apps that can be used to convert lit to pdf but not the other way round, which is what i want to do.
Does anyone know how i can do this? If it needs explaining, please do it in basic layman terms, lol!!!
Many thanks for any help

But I use MobiPocket reader to read especially on Windows Mobile device and it's easy coz you can just Drag & Drop(or open) the PDF file in MPReader and it will automatically create the .PRC file (in the Mobipocket folder which we can set) which the I can transfer to my Windows Mobile device
If you want to convert to other format I will also suggest using MobiPocket Creator
to get a HTML file first, which can be used to convert to LIT
1) When you open the software, choose "Import from Existing Files"--> Adobe Files
2) At the next page, remember where your Publication folder is or you can use the second Browse to set where you will save the file(s).
Then use the First Browse button to select the PDF file you want to convert and click the Import button
3) Once done, you can actually ignore the Creator. Go to the folder where you have set it where the files will be saved and you should have a folder with HTML files and possible some images files. Then using your normal LIT converter, just use that to convert the HTML to LIT
Even though it seems double the steps, but I found most PDF-to-LIT converter may or may not convert the files properly. So far I'm okay using the Mobipocket Creator, (but as mentioned, I actually used Mobipocket to read)
ETA: or another alternative
You can also use the search term "mobileread E-book conversion" and the first search result in Google will lead you to their wiki where they have listed down possible converters for all formats
Thanks again!
