What was your Roll Number/Registration Number in your School/College.

Just thought something funny but emotional, touch...
My College Roll Number came in to my mind and resulting a nice idea and
brand new thread before you all.

My college Roll Number was 13, it's quite interesting that this digit sticks with me during my school days too.
One day I was called by a Respected Professor due to late submission of Project,
He asked ...
What's your Roll Number?
I replied ...
13 !!
He given me a grave look, and replied in deep voice...
That's Why !! I have never seen any punctual boy having Roll Number 13,
during my whole life span at this College and you are keeping the trend.
It was very hard to stop my laugh, as I was aware of the history and
interestingly I and my juniors were keeping the trends up of being
most famous and not punctual.
Suddenly I remembered those days and felt like,
it's the matter of just past couple days.
I really miss my College Days ... Those were the Best.

in my 12th class my roll no was 11(which is supposed to be sacred no. in hindu religion)
and in 10th it was 18
and now in clg it is 44

Buddy, there might be serial number or like so which changes every session.

in a class a no. or more correctly say a serial no is provided to each and every student according to their names in alphabetically order this is called roll no in india
may be in your country it has a different name but i think it must be there

Well in the UK we have something called a Register where your tutor calls out your name. This is used to see who is in the building in case of fires etc...

he is right no 11 is very sacred no in india actualyy every tenth +1 digit no is sacred
