Good evening all.

I am experiencing quite the virus issues on my other computer. I am unable to provide a HijackThis Log as the program closes then tells me I do not have permission to access it. When I go into Safe Mode it does the same thing.

When I try to run a virus scanner, it freezes up after so many files. Then when I try in Safe mode it tells me I don't have permission.

My web browsers constantly freeze up. When they freeze up so does everything else.

I have tried Malware programs but just like everything else, they freeze up too then tell me I don't have permission.

I have also tried Microsoft's malware remover tool and same results.

Does anyone how I can go about fixing all of these issues?

Please help.
