Hi all i coud do with some help on monopoly city streets

a player called MYSELBY CO UK has started cheating by having many accounts and using them to attack me by building hazards on my streets.

below are some on his biggest streets

hillabee road, alabama
E old hanyneville road, alabama
country road 21, Minnesota
state route 51 Minnesota
255th avenue, minnesota

if you have some spare chance cards could you destroy his bonus buildings and put hazards on his street please?
if you do help make sure you get the right person as some street he has are split
