imy system mechanic pro ended some process which resulted in my task bar color remains blue to all themes plss help...........

are you on win7? If yes, then make sure that "Enable transparency" checkbox is ticked.

if you are on XP, then go to Control Panel-->Appearance and Themes-->Display-->Desktop tab. Click on "Customize Desktop". Go to Web tab. Therein make sure "My Current Home Page" is unchecked.

1. Right click on a empty space on the desktop and click on Personalize.

2. Click on the Window Color link at the bottom of the window.

my config is good it was working till system mechanic turned some process off and aero went off

try a system restore it worked for me last night (although i had to do it twice)
