i downloaded tinkerbell iso but cant seem to burn it to dvd ?

what iso program are you using? it should have a burn option for instance i use power iso and just open the iso with power iso and click the burn button at the top tool bar and drop it down to 4x burn speed and click burn

I use either Magic ISO or Clone DVD2, both work great,
side note, if you want the dvd to play in ps or xbox, burn to DVD-R as that is the proper format for those boxes and recommend using Clone DVD2, have never had an issue with ps or xbox this way
