Oh, and I'm pretty sure that "The Last Herald Mage" series by Mercedes Lackey is also available as audiobook somewhere, although I think the recordings may be pretty old. ("Last Herald Mage" series is fantasy w/ gay protag who's got powers - a herald mage - very medieval fantasy feel to the story, lots of angst and crying, but really good series...nothing explicit, it was written in the 80s, but I really enjoyed it.)

Also, try the "Lord John Grey" series by Diana Gabaldon -- it's historical fiction, an offshoot series from her wildly popular "Outlander" series -- I haven't read the "Lord John" stuff myself, but I understand the lead character (Lord John) is gay. I really liked her "Outlander" series, so I imagine this is similarly good. Not sure how much romance is involved in this though...

Finally, I know there's a "Gay & Lesbian" subsection of Fiction on audible.com you might want to check out.

Manna Francis recorded a section from the beginning of her "Administration" series (about 2 hours worth of audio) -- you can download it from her site for free:

If you haven't heard of this, I really think it's one of the best free online M/M series out there. (And a lot of other people think so too!) It's set in a future dystopia, with 2 really fascinating lead characters. Read the blurb at the link above to get a better idea...although I have to say that I was a little put off when I first read the description myself - it just didn't sound like my thing -- but I finally gave it a try, and WOW. SO GOOD. Very well written, intriguing characters and plot...seriously, I just can't recommend it enough. And the audio version as an introduction is great.

Madeleine Urban and Abigail Roux series Sticks and Stones (and the other one to the series)are available in audio book on this site.

They are great in any format!

The version I have is abridged and thus not as good as the ebook. I am not sure whether I got it from this download. But Lisa Marie Davis is a consistently good writer.

Judging from comments on audible.com Lynn Flewelling's "Nightrunner" Series is heavily loaded with homosexuality. Haven't listened to it yet but intend to.
