Hi OS Support team...

Ive contracted a virus and cant get rid of it. Its searching for other viruses to attach to and rerouting my browser. Alot of my applications wont run including photoshop and dreamweaver. I have run SpyBot, Anti Malware, Ad Adware and Esets full scan all of them detected trojans and deleted or quarantined them. I ran all the scans again and they come up clean but eset keeps popping up with the message http://bfskul.com/loaderadv699.exe, a variant of Win32/Kryptik.BOI trojan. and the computer continues to restart itself and redirect all websites. Last week someone drained my bank account and tried to open 2 credit lines and an auto loan. So Im pretty sure its this virus. Should I just be safe and format and try to reinstall everything? I renamed Hijack this to angus.exe as suggested by a google search, so the virus wouldnt detect the scan. Here is the log I got

If all else fails put the "Infected" HDD into another system ( with good AV ) as slave and run a virus scan. The Virus won't be able to hide behind "OS file protection" and thus will be cleaned... The most effective way I've found...
