my dads laptop has a ms office student edition 2007 (trial), and i wanted to uninstall this one and install MS office professional 2007 (trial) and then i will make it full because i have the product key. the problem is i cant uninstall the student edition, so i just left it that way and ask bestbuy too do it since the laptop was bought from them.

my problem is when i was trying to install the Professional edition. i did 2 installations on my brothers' computers (2 desktops) last night and it went smoothly! now i was confused why i had this error on my dad's laptop. the screenshot is below.
