Video → TV Shows → Help with .avi files

This may not be the place to ask this, but, when I downloaded an .avi file of a show, it will only play the audio part, there's no video (tried using Media Player and Real Player both). Am I missing something or was it a bad download? Thanks.

I had the same problem with my system. Installing "K-Lite Codec Pack" solved the problem for me.

Thanks for the help. I did a google search after I posted this and downloaded DivX and that has worked. Thanks though.

to change the format and make it viewable on your PC. Or download VLC media player. It usually open most formats.
